Daniela Picchiai is a Brazilian university professor and researcher. She has an undergraduate degree in Communication and is currently completing a graduate degree in Communication and Semiotics. She published a dissertation on "Da identidade dos grupos aos perfis programados" and has worked as a researcher on public and private projects. Currently, Daniela studies media, activism, and gender. She is a visiting researcher at the Concordia University SenseLab.
